On a personal mission to get back to my old strong ways of 450+kg leg press. Last week i finished on 300kg and this week I finished on 330kg. Pyramiding up adding 20/25kg each side each set. After this I also completed 4 x 10 seated leg curl 4 x 10 stiff leg dead lift 4 x 10 single leg extension 2 sets BW hack squat for reps.
