The picture on the left was taken in March 2013. My goal then was to start working out a lot...that never happened. So I never changed how I looked and I didn't gain much muscle. Finally, in September/October 2013, I started going to the gym consistently to help get me out of my depressive state from hip surgery. Now I go to the gym every day. The picture on the right was taken today. I didn't think I had made very much progress at all until I saw these pictures side by side. I have issues with self-confidence, but this gives me more confidence and motivation to continue working hard to accomplish my goals. Still a long ways to go, but progress is progress :)
