Totally forgot to post last nights gym post. Changed things up yesterday and moved leg day to Monday since we're off on Friday. I usually kill my quads but both smith machines were taken so I couldn't go as heavy with the free weight bar bell. Although, I realized there is a big difference from a smith machine and free weight squat. I deff had to go lighter on my squats and lunges. But I went up to 410 on my leg presses and up to 50lbs in my calf raises from all 3 angles. Hamstrings are deff feeling it! Today was chest and tris and SWOLE mode was on full blast! I felt like a freakin she Hulk for reals! I was walking around like "I wish somebody would!" lol make it a great one peeps!
