this thing looks scary

I'm a sucker for the right kind of packaging. packaging should make the consumer feel good about their product and this looks like it could kill me! lol "caution"!?? who puts caution on a product you would CONSUME with the expectation it should be safe?? lol have you tried this or heard anything about it? it was in my bb.com sample pack from my order
