I've recently discovered these amazing greens, Swiss Chard and Kale! They are delicious and so healthy for you. The portobello mushrooms are stuffed with crab meat, avocado, and Fage plain Greek yogurt. 100 cals per mushroom cap. This whole meal is 150 cals per serving and 11g of protein.
