PUNCH TIME! One of my top favorite cardio workouts is hitting the heavy bag! Not only is it FUN for me it's an awesome high intensity interval cardio workout. It also gives my legs time to recover from my leg workouts or from days of intense running. Mix it up and have fun and always push yourself. This is an older photo of my little brother and I from sparring and hitting the heavy bag. We dripped lots of sweat in our old garage
