6 egg whites, 3/4 cup baked sweet potato, 3/4 cup oats, Splenda (I use 3-4 packets), 1/2 cup cottage cheese, cinnamon, vanilla extract... Blend, pour all batter into skillet, cover for 5 mins, flip 2 min more.
