Sholders & Calves

It was such a rainy day, but it was a grand day! After me and my homegirl, Tonya, killed our shoulders and calves (we're trying to make these baby thangs grow), we flexed our progress ^_^ and I hurried off to church. I thought I wasn't going to make it, but I got there with enough time to receive a great sermon, participated in communion, and now the hubster is teaching me how to play chess. What a great night!
