Yup... Ive injured my lower back going H.A.M on back day. Laying with a heating pad on my lower back and some IBprophen. Not to worry my friends the pain is only like a 3 out of 10. Its just soar and a little painful, gonna take a break from weigh training for 3 days and see what happens, cardio will have to do for now. Ill be pumping iron again soon. Never Give Up No Matter What!!! #shithappens #pushinglimits
