I'm back to training 6 days a week, but haven't gotten back to disciplined eating for a good month. Im planning on beginning contest prep in two weeks, IF a dr checkup goes well. I was on a low carb, low fat diet without a break from stims for a little too long... which was the #1 reason for the 'break. Moderation and balance are important with our bodies.. they are resilient, BUT we only have one!!
