On my left is justin Accord who has worked to lose 40 pounds this year!!! I'd like to say its because of the classes- but it's his unstoppable will power!! In the middle is Sonya Nilson who inspires many daily with her enthusiasm for everyone - Sonya works hard to be in top shape as well as motivate or members and serve on the YMCA Board while working and juggling three great kids and a hubby!! Thank you for inspiring me!
