Veggie pasta, canned or regular chicken, tofu, red pasta sauce (low sodium + if I use 1 jar of pasta sauce I dilute it by filling that same jar half way with water to keep the food feeling light instead of heavy), 1 minced onion, 3 minced bell peppers (1 orange, 1 red, one yellow), chopped spinach, chopped olives, and seasoned with garlic, pepper, and basil.
