remember when I busted my butt going up the nyc subway stairs 3wks ago?! Well, apparently the no resting has finally caught up to me... i'm in so much pain.. Even to walk. so today, one knee gets ice, while the other gets hot-- then SWITCH UP! Only thing keeping me happy is my greek coffee! (Its just espresso blended with ice!) thanks to my amazing bf!!
