As you can see on the left pic I had a huge "Belly" but believe it or not I was happy with "Myself". I just wanted to make "ME" better. No matter what shape you're in today, be happy with "YOURSELF" first and look at your fitness journey as an added incentive to make "YOU" better. Each rep, set, cardio session and meal is only helping you carve out your ultimate body. With that being said, don't critique yourself harshly. Look in the mirror and give yourself constructive criticism. Tell yourself that "I'm going to be in the best shape of my life" and make everyday count. There's going to be a lot of ups and downs. Things are going to seem impossible or taking too long. Believe me I've been through them all. Just remember "Impossible equals "I'm Possible" Stay fit #Fitfam ??????
