2 tbs coconut flour. 1 tsp vanilla. 1/2 tbs coconut oil. 2 egg whites. 1/2 tbs baking soda. Then mix in whatever you want (almonds, almond butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder, bananas...) microwave on high for 1min 45 secs
