The picture on the left was taken a few years ago. The picture on the right was taken this morning. I STILL struggle with seeing the guy on the left when I look in mirror but I have made some big changes and I have the confidence now to post shirtless pictures and go to the pool on vacation. I’m a work in progress but aren’t we all. Thanks for sharing your stories. They encourage me and it’s nice to know I am not alone on my fitness journey.
