It’s Friday flex! I am always always glad when I make myself get up at 4:15 AM and drive myself to the gym, especially on these crazy cold mornings and sometimes even longer work weeks and go to the gym. I’m not the strongest or fittest guy there, I’m just me and the lesson I have learned is, no matter what, I NEVER regret going because no matter what happens that do, at least I can say, you got up and did something healthy for yourself.
