4:30 AM on a rainy cold Monday morning at the gym on the treadmill before work. I think today, you can officially call this SLEEP WALKING! Ugh! I know right now I’m a bit of a grumpy old man and am fighting being here right now but in an hour I’ll be proud of myself and that I took the initiative to drag myself out of a warm bed and get to the gym.
