I lost 2.4 pounds this week. I am always am looking for big results when I step on the scale but the numbers arenât always what I had anticipated so I have to just base my success on how I look in the mirror, how Iâm feeling and how my clothes are fitting. I went to the gym every day this week. Walked an hour each day on the treadmill. Did 30 minutes of weight lifting each day and did 1000 crunches. I made more sensible food choices. Iâm just trying to make up for all the damage and neglect I did to my body before I started this journey. I have good days and bad .
