Progress is made in so many more ways than just fitness. For me though, fitness is always my foundation of progress. Fitness gives me way more than just gains. It engrains the mental fortitude of perseverance in me more & more as I stay consistent & continue working hard to keep accomplishing more of my goals. Nothing real & lasting with fitness happens quick, so that mindset you develop on the journey I feel is what keeps you feeling so physically young, thriving & inspired! No limits!!!
