Meal #3 at 6 am and then off to bed for a few hours for leg day at 1pm ish. Will put me at about 780-800 for the day plus sleep, Ill probably feel amazing when I get up to go to gym. I have room for calories and did a brisk walk about an hour ago and definitely need the extra calories. See yall on the flipside after gym session, should be a crazy one with 90 minutes or so of cardio starting the new routine.
