Last 7 days of the cut

This is still something I think will take me a long time to pull together but it works. My TDEE is 2700-2900 and this is pretty cool going into December how I'm somewhere around 500-700 calories net deficit and have gone done 5 lbs since last weigh in to the hour. Ate moderately last week and just reduced serving sizes this week. I use net over total because I feel like I'm ok of monitoring calories.
