Donât wait for motivation. Donât rely on motivation. Motivation has become an excuse for too many people. Youâre not feeling as motivated lately so oh well, gonna just chill. Iâll work hard when I feel inspired again. Those goals can always be reached later right? Wrong. And this is exactly why most people never get their desired results. If you want more, do more, and do it longer. Only ride the motivation wave and at some point youâre gonna crash. Long-term accountability is about discipline and structure, not how motivated you are. Stay focused, stay committed and keep your eyes on the prize. You started your fitness journey for a reason and youâre the only one who can stop it.
