Some mornings you just need to mindlessly walk for an hour on the treadmill to clear your head, play words with friends, check your emails and remind yourself that you still CAN walk for an hour on the treadmill at 4:30 AM in the morning even if your knee is killing you and the rest of your body is saying, I just want to go back to bed.
