From 2007 up to now has been quite the journey . Age-related muscle loss, called sarcopenia, is a natural part of aging. After age 30, you begin to lose as much as 3% to 5% per decade, but it is never too late to rebuild muscle and maintain it. In regards to my situation it's a case of use it or lose it. I do my best to stay physically active and I periodically switch up my regimen to maximize muscle confusion. On separate occasions I was asked "What is your goal?", and I laughed and said "It's never ending because it gives me a reason to constantly push myself outside of my comfort zone".
