Even though I haven’t competed in powerlifting in a while, I still never skip and always push myself hard on my workouts. It’s crazy to some but I just truly love lifting! From day 1 to a decade later, fitness remains to be a major passion of mine. Blessed to have this amazing community of Aliens that I get to share it with <3 I’ve been grinding with my team building out the ultimate experience. Big video drop releasing on YouTube tomorrow.
