Well, first day back after my Palm Springs weekend. I managed to lose 4.4 pounds last week. I’m down 22 pounds this year and I have a goal of losing 18 more pounds. After sitting around a pool surrounded by so many absolutely fit people, I got even more inspired to be the healthiest version of me possible.
