Saturdays are my official weigh in days. Today is a milestone….when I finally said enough is enough, I topped the scale at 375 lbs and today I’m 125 lbs lighter. I’m the hardest person on myself and today I need to realize hard work does pay off…determination pays off…I lost a person..now time to gain confidence in myself!!! Thank you all for the constant support!!!
