You know those mornings where you wake up and it feels like midnight? That’s how it felt this morning. Ugh! I woke up at 4:23 AM and said, aw heck, just go! You won’t regret it. Again ugh! I guess if there’s something that HAS to be a part of a routine it’s the gym and that dreaded treadmil. It doesn’t help that this weekend I ate fresh strawberry shortcake. Time to get er done. Happy Monday.
