First day back in the gym after my long Vegas weekend of fun and excess. Even with all that food I ate I still lost 2 pounds from all that walking and sweating by the pool. I’m still thicc AF, that’s just me. I’m in Palm Springs in 18 days, land of skinny ripped speedo clad men and I plan to lay by the pool with no shame or regret regardless of what the numbers on the scale say or the size on MY speedo says. To all you guys living your life without barriers and fear, you are my hero! ❤️
