Mid February I went to my doctor and he said I needed to lose 23 pounds by the end of June. He gave me the end of April to lose 11 pounds. Iâm happy to say, Iâve already lost 15 so Iâm ahead of the plan. I havenât been starving myself, I still have my cheat days where I get to eat my gummy bears, Chocolate cake, cheese pizza and sausage muffins but I drink my. Muscle milk and hard boiled eggs and other healthy bites during the week. Slow and steady wins the race. ?
