Well I got on the scales like I do every Friday morning when I get home from the gym and I didnât gain any weight but I didnât lose any either. I am always hoping to see at least a little movement in the right direction on the scales but that doesnât always happen. I went to the gym every day this week. I walked an hour each day on the treadmill. I watched what I ate. When I got up this morning I felt really good about what I did this week and the discipline I had and the choices I made. This is a journey, not an overnight transformation or crash diet. Itâs a lifestyle. Iâll have big weeks and not so big weeks but Iâm not giving up. I call this a successful week even though I didnât see the results I had wanted and hopefully next week when I get on the scales I will be rewarded with numbers both me and my doctors will be happier with. â¤ï¸
