OVERALL RATING
I did nothing much more than drank alcohol from sunup to sundown from October til New Year⦠this was day 1 of my life changing fitness journey when I was 22. Dealing with issues related to my combat deployment in 2009-10 in Iraq, I did what too many of us do and crawl into a bottle to distract and numb. My own mother called me an alcoholic on Christmas Day. That was one heck of a wake-up call for me. Best thing she could have probably ever said to me. I thought, am I really? No way! I proved it and didnât have a sip for 45 days, then Friday nights only, I mean I did live in the dorms at Montana State University Billings and there were some parties! The important point to that story is that I had to make a decision and prove it. I, like you will need to set your intention and then just show up. âKeep hitting play Tony saysâ. And I did. But boy was that first couple weeks tough but I didnât quit, within days I was noticing the benefits, looking back at the pictures I couldnât believe how much change had happened in just a couple weeks. I was hooked! I went to GNC and got vitamins, whey protein, pre-workout with beta alanine, and a post workout shake. And then it changed even better, I felt like I stopped taking little steps forward I was taking leaps and bounds more. I kept going for the full 90 days. The results were astounding, it was weird how the results were so noticeable people started making comments like âask muscles to helpâ type of comments. The point is not to boast or say Iâm some cool dude look at me. The point is to show you that it is possible for you too! Even you hard gainers, I always had a hard time putting on weight growing up. You CAN take control of your life through fitness and it will without a doubt improve your overall experience of life. Youâll live longer, feel better, and have more confidence to take on the world! Now go seize your day!!! - Ryan
