Better late than never. I woke up feeling tired and it was pouring down rain and I said I’m not getting up. Well 6 hours later I’m here at the gym doing what I need to do. I’m moving and getting this body ready for summer! I refuse to let a loss of sleep and horrible non motivating weather ruin my progress and summer plans!
