I am 4â11â, 192-195 lbs, and most days I eat 1,800-2,000(more towards 1,800). This is how my Fitbit looks at the end of the day, zone minutes are anywhere from 30-60 minutes sometimes more. Should I keep my calorie intake at 1,800 or should it be lower? Iâm also on a PPL(push,pull,legs) split, so itâs 3 days of workouts and one day of rest, repeat.
