Went on a plan called Flush and had to pull back my training to 2x a week and will slowly be increasing. However it def alleviated inflammation in my body and finally have been able to lose weight, as it had been stalled for a year. I highly suggest looking into Nutrition Dynamic or The Wellness Mastery! I did it on my own, no coaches.
