Well I’m at the gym. It’s 4:45. I don’t feel like I got to sleep in an extra hour. It’s 36 degrees outside and rainy and still dark so the weather it’s definitely not a motivator. It was national nachos day yesterday and I had some nachos and I’m heading to Palm Springs in February so I’ll just use that as my motivation today and at the end of the work day when I’ve just been sitting and staring at a computer screen I can at least say, well this morning you crawled out of bed and went to the gym and worked out and did something healthy that will make you physically and mentally feeling stronger.
