Friday flex! I gained 2 pounds this week and Iâm hoping thatâs muscle weight. Iâve been working on arms and legs at the gym every morning. I can see progress when I look in the mirror so Iâm determined to not let those discouraging numbers on the scale determined my mood or feelings of accomplishment this week. I just know what I did this week and the effort I put forth to be healthy and take care of myself. I walked an hour every morning on the treadmill while battling blisters on my feet and then did weight training. I also tried to eat sensibly and made sensible food choices. No shame in that.
