Just leaving the gym. Cardio. 5 days a week. 1 hour each morning at 4:45 AM. 5 hours a week. At least 15 miles. 2 1/2 hours weights and machines. Sometimes I wonder if itâs worth it but in these stay at home all day cause of covid and everything else, when I leave the gym, I never regret that I hit up and went. Tired? YES! Regretful? NEVER.
