A progress pic I took a week ago. Still doing full body workouts 3 times a week. Legs are continuing to improve slowly. My back has been warning me, so Iâve been doing more leg extensions and curls. Starting to add unilateral work back in with split squats to keep to the weight Iâm moving down.
