I got a much needed long hug from a new friend today (a physical therapist at my training clinic). Also… today was the final day of my training (work). and now I’m a dang rockstar and leaving my “competition” in the dust.. I go tomorrow to the foot dr (yet again) and they’ll discuss my physical therapy then and hopefully get cleared for working out! ??????OH! And I also found out with my new job I get to use the PT gym for free!!! ?? love you all! Thanks for continual encouragement (especially on days like yesterday). ? Myusername989 kik: cassglmt
