This was my face after my foot appt this morning! My incision is finally healing nicely. No more crutches (only use as needed after PT). I do still have the boot for a while but this is awesome. I also havenât been cleared to go back to the gym yet but baby steps (pun intended)! ?Love you all! Have a fabulous week!
