March 2022 vs July 2022
Not sure if you can notice much difference. The lighting looks different, no idea why! But I feel much stronger. Now Iâm at the point where Iâm increasing calories slightly each week and being more adamant about getting at least 0.7g protein / pound of body weight. Iâm the leanest Iâve been in years, which was the goal.. But now I have a good base to start slowly reverse dieting/ building my legs up while hopefully staying as lean as possible. Also no super strict dieting. Feeling very balanced. ? Just enjoying lifting heavier!
