Egg White Shake! ?

Tired of eating your egg whites?⦠Then donât- just drink them! Iâve drank egg whites dang near every day for the past 10+ years⦠If youâve never drank them and are concerned at the very thought- donât be! The texture of liquid egg whites are the consistency of skim milk- NOT like an egg white from a shelled egg. The liquid egg whites have gone through the pasteurization process- so they are safe to consume. The taste is super minimal- not âeggyâ like you would imagine. Egg whites have multiple complete protein sources that digest at a medium rate (think: whey= fast and casein = slow). Theyâre super easy to keep on hand and require minimal prep. They will make anything you add them to very creamy⦠and there are tons of options. I purchase the basic egg whites (as pictured) from Target- theyâre my favorite. I keep my fridge stocked with multiple cartons and they donât expire quickly. I use a little strainer (as pictured) when I pour them in a shaker cup or measuring cup- just in case there are any eggy bits to discard. I usually drink 8 oz of them plain from a measuring cup or add them to a shaker cup with almond milk, water, etc⦠and if I want multiple protein sources, Iâll add a scoop of whey to my shaker cup. With the Clean Simple Eats Peaches & Cream whey (as pictured), it literally tastes like a real shake⦠Donât knock this until youâve tried it. Girls at work thought I was crazy for years⦠but now, after they tasted mine, they drink them daily as well⦠haha⦠I usually drink one of these shakes if I need extra protein for the day or with a carb source as a meal â like toast or oatmeal.
