Wanted to share this little recipe. For my macros, I take one serving of this pancake mix and one serving of the protein- blend with a fork in a bowl, add a pinch of cinnamon, and then add enough water to make it the consistency of cake batter, but a tad bit more runny... Place the bowl with batter in the microwave and cook for approximately two minutes. You may need to open the micro door at times as the batter fluffs up. I then poke a few holes in the cooked better, add spray butter, and sugar free syrup. This is a great option to take to work and definitely curbs a sweet tooth. You can curtail the recipe to your macro needs and/or add other items- blueberries, peanut butter, etcâ¦ï¿¼
