Progress, but much work ahead!

Macro tracking for the past couple months has definitely helped recomp my body⦠Iâm 44 with 3 kiddos- 15, 11, and 4. I bounced back from the 1st and 2nd child fairly well, but the 3rd has been more difficult⦠Iâm sure my age has a lot to do with it. I have worked out pretty consistently- itâs just a part of what I do, but I have that desire to lean down again⦠Iâve yo-yoâed over the past 4 years with various diets, cardio regimens, etc⦠but Iâve decided macro tracking is the best for me. I like high protein, moderate carb, lower fat⦠I feel the best on that ratio. I have been able to mend my metabolism, increase my calorie intake, and still make changes to my body. My plan is slow and steady and more importantly- long term!⦠This way I can maintain a balance. My tummy is finally getting flatter- this is a good start ?
