arm day

I love this apparatus. Is called a bicep concentration curler and it’s the closest thing you’ll see that resembles a harness in the gym. Ha! Also when you use it, it makes you look like you have massive arms. I’m always striving for what they call a V taper but I’m just a stocky fella. Oh well, I guess the best game plan is take the genetics and body you were born with and do your best to be healthy and happy. Carry on!
