Woke up this morning for my 4 am work out and wasn’t able to make it due to complications with my Crohn’s disease…unfortunately this is a battle every morning every day. Pulled my self into work..built power lines in the 99 degree heat all day and there wasn’t a **** thing else I wanted to do when I got off work than to go give the gym another shot. And **** did I kick ***! What a blessing of a feeling to overcome a sh*t start to the day…now straight home and jumping in the pool. ??
