Spicy Staple Meal

Iâm going to randomly add some of my go to meals and/or concoctions⦠haha⦠This is something I eat almost daily. I prep a large amount of chicken breast in my Ninja XL Grill/Air Fryer. For my macros, I weigh out 5 oz of steamed jasmine rice and 4 oz of my chopped chicken breast. When Iâm ready to eat, I microwave it for 2 minutes, then add fresh chopped jalapeños, green onions, and garnish with cilantro, 1T tamari, and sriracha. Then enjoy⦠So simple, but so good! I meal prep every Sunday before the work wee begins and prep all those fresh veggies for easy throw together meals⦠Iâve also added angel hair cabbage (sold in prepared bags in the produce area)⦠Very tasty⦠Try this out with your specific carb/protein needs⦠Super minimal fat.
