What is the main thing we need to do to get and stay fit as we age? At 56 years of age, I would say itâs staying active and exercising regularly. Movement is life, and when we exercise, it gets us thinking about our body and how it feels. People who exercise regularly want to improve themselves in other areas like nutrition and weight management.
